Juice Recipes

* Keep it simple! Start off with Natalia’s Green Lemonade until you feel comfortable with juicing. The green flavour is hidden by adding the lemon. Then remove the apple and start playing with your taste buds. If needing the sweet taste, add Stevia which can be purchased from any Organic shops. Stevia doesn’t raise your sugar levels.

Stevia is a South American herb used as a natural sweetener for centuries. The leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant have a refreshing taste, zero glycemic index, zero calories and zero carbs. It is 25-30 times sweeter than sugar, and far more healthy!


Green Lemonade

  • 2 handful of green (kale, spinach, cos cos lettuce)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ inch of ginger

Makes 250mls


Nirvana’s Green Juice

  • 2 handful of green (kale, spinach)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • ½ inch of tumeric
  • ½ inch of ginger

Makes 500mls


Nirvana’s Vegetable Juice

  • 2 handful of green (kale, spinach, cos cos lettuce)
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ beetroot
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ inch of ginger

Makes 500mls


Breakfast Juice

  • 4 carrots
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ¼ cup parsley

Jay’s Secret

  • 6 carrots
  • 2 stalk of celery
  • Handful parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic

The Great Eliminator

  • 1 medium or large beet
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ to 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 10 medium carrots
  • 1 inch fresh ginger (optional)

Makes 500 – 750mls


Senor Verde (Green Juice)

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 5 stalks celery
  • 2 medium cucumber
  • 1 cored green bell pepper
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander
  • 1-2 limes
  • 1 jalapeno (to reduce heat remove seeds)

* Can’t take the heat, omit the jalapeno


Afternoon Riser

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2 celery sticks
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ red pepper

Alkaline Special

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 wedge red / green cabbage
  • 4 stalks of celery

Invigorating Juice

  • ½ small green cabbage
  • ½ beetroot
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 – 4 leaves of bok choy, spinach or silver beet

Juice all ingredients

Left Over Juice

This recipe was inspired by having stems left over from the night before stir-fry! Only try if you like taste of Swede, both juices are earthy in flavour! Enjoy!

  • Left overs – stem of broccoli
  • Left overs – stems of silver beet
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • knob of ginger
  • 1/2 small swede
  • parsley

Juice all ingredients. Makes 600mls

  • 1/2 small swede
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • knob of ginger
  • 1/2 to 1 beetroot
  • handful spinach

Juice all ingredients.  Makes 500mls
